Congratulations from the Sinarades Philharmonic Orchestra

The Board of Directors, the Conductor, and the Musicians of the Sinarades Philharmonic proudly congratulate our musician and teacher, Alexis Geoldasis, as well as Katerina Moustaki, who took her first musical steps in our Philharmonic, studying music theory and clarinet.

Alexis Geoldasis has been accepted into the trombone program at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp in Belgium, following a successful audition in May 2025. He will begin his studies in the 2025-2026 academic year.

Katerina Moustaki has earned a place in the clarinet program at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague in the Netherlands, after impressing at her audition in April 2025. She will also start her studies in the 2025-2026 academic year.

We wish them both a successful start in this exciting new chapter of their musical journeys and every success in their future artistic careers.

Youth band

The band has a similar musical composition to the band with the main difference being the age limit. It is composed exclusively of students, which makes it a youthful group. It also takes part only in concerts and not in other activities in which the band participates.

Student Band

The student band (Piccolo bandina) consists of beginner students of our schools, of all ages. Its main goal is not to participate in Philharmonic events, but to offer beginning students the opportunity to acquire the basic knowledge of music in a group setting.
